Purpose
Suitable for welding hydrogen-resistant steels with a tensile strength level of 500 MPa, such as Q235 (HIC) and Q345 (HIC). Main application areas include petrochemical industry, oil pipelines, etc.
Characteristics
Hydrogen-resistant steel gas-shielded solid welding wire. Excellent welding performance, smooth weld appearance, and high purity of deposited metal. Extremely low content of impurities such as S and P, good low-temperature toughness, and excellent resistance to HIC (Hydrogen-Induced Cracking) and SSC (Sulfide Stress Cracking).
