Applications
Suitable for welding 06Cr23Ni13 (S30908) and dissimilar steels. It can be used for the manufacture of similar types of stainless steel structures and composite steel and dissimilar steel components in equipment for synthetic fibers, petrochemicals, etc. It can also be used for transition layer welding of inner walls of nuclear reactors and pressure vessels, and welding of internal tower components. Common application areas include petrochemicals, food and medical equipment, shipbuilding, and nuclear power.
Characteristics
CO2 gas-protected stainless steel flux-cored welding wire, with a soft and stable arc, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. It has good welding process performance, and the deposited metal has good crack resistance.

Key Points of Welding Process
1. Protective Gas Requirements: Recommended gas flow rate is 20~25 L/min. Ensure a stable gas supply to prevent porosity and oxidation caused by air intrusion.
2. Welding Operation Tips: Recommended electrode extension length is 15~20 mm. Adopt a short arc welding technique and avoid excessive oscillation to ensure uniform weld formation. For vertical/overhead welding, appropriately reduce the current to prevent molten metal sagging.
