Characteristics
CO2 gas-protected stainless steel flux-cored welding wire, with a soft and stable arc, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld formation. It possesses excellent welding process performance, and the deposited metal exhibits good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Key Points of Welding Process
1. Protective Gas Requirements: Recommended gas flow rate is 20~25 L/min. Ensure stable gas supply to avoid porosity caused by insufficient shielding.
2. Welding Operation Tips: Recommended electrode extension length is 15~20 mm. Adopt short arc welding, avoid excessive oscillation amplitude to ensure uniform weld formation.
3. Preheating & Interpass Temperature: For thick plates, preheat to 100~150°C, and control interpass temperature below 150°C to prevent hot cracking.
