Suitable for welding of 022Cr22Ni5Mo3N, widely applied in petrochemical, shipbuilding and other industries.
22Cr-9Ni-3Mo-N austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel mixed gas shielded welding wire. It has excellent welding process performance with stable arc, low spatter, good wire feedability and attractive weld bead appearance. It features good crack resistance and is suitable for welding austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel.

1. Shielding gas adopts pure argon or Ar+2% O2 / Ar+5% N2, gas flow 18.0–25.0 L/min; take strict windproof measures when wind speed exceeds 0.5 m/s.
2. Adopt controlled heat input welding, control interpass temperature below 150℃ to maintain optimal ferrite-austenite balance and avoid harmful phases (sigma phase, chromium nitrides).
3. Remove oil, rust and oxide scale on base metal surface before welding; keep welding wire sealed and dry storage, use up quickly after opening.
4. Avoid prolonged heating in the 300-950℃ range to prevent brittleness and corrosion resistance degradation.
