Suitable for welding carbon steel and low-alloy steel structures, such as A, B, and D grade steel, 16Mn, and other shipbuilding, locomotive, and rolling vehicle structures.
High-efficiency carbon steel welding electrode with rutile iron powder coating. Deposition efficiency can reach approximately 180%. Suitable for hull welding, flat welding, and fillet welding. Features stable arc, minimal spatter, easy slag removal, and aesthetically pleasing weld appearance.

Current ranges are for reference only; adjust based on actual welding conditions.
1. Drying Requirements: Electrodes may be used as received. If moisture absorption occurs, bake at 100–150°C for 30–60 minutes.
2. Welding Position: Suitable for flat and horizontal fillet welding only. For horizontal fillet welding, maintain an optimum travel speed ratio of 1.0–1.5.
3. Arc Length: Short arc operation is recommended to ensure stable arc and minimize spatter.
4. Base Metal Preparation: Remove oil, rust, moisture, and other contaminants from the welding area before welding.
5. Technique: Due to high deposition efficiency, proper technique is required to prevent undercut. Adjust welding current to maintain proper slag coverage.
