Rutile iron powder-coated carbon steel welding electrode. Deposition efficiency is approximately 110%. Offers excellent welding process performance, stable arc, minimal spatter, easy re-ignition, and aesthetically pleasing weld appearance.

1. Drying Requirements: Electrodes can generally be used as received. If moisture absorption occurs, bake at 100–150°C for 1 hour.
2. Arc Length: Short arc welding is recommended to ensure stable arc and minimize spatter.
3. Welding Position: Suitable for all-position welding. The high iron powder content provides high deposition efficiency.
4. Base Metal Preparation: Remove oil, rust, and moisture from the welding area before welding.
