Product Details
Application: Applicable to the welding of 490MPa high-strength steel structure, mostly the welding of steel structure for ships, mechanical manufacturing, containers, petrochemical engineering, bridges etc.
Characteristics: E71T-1C is a titania-type slag system CO₂ gas shielded flux-cored welding wire with excellent welding process properties, stable arc, less spatter, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld appearance. Relying on its good all-position welding process property, it is able to conduct vertical down welding.

Note: The above current ranges are in Amperes (A). Voltage should be adjusted according to actual conditions; typical voltage range for 1.0–1.6 mm wire is 20–32V.
Note On Usage:
1.Apply CO₂ gas shield, and CO₂ gas purity should be above 99.95%.
2.The CO₂ shield gas flow during welding should be controlled between 20–25 L/min.
3.The extension length of the welding wire should be controlled between 15–25 mm.
4.The preheat and interpass temperature should be 150°C ± 15°C.
