Characteristics: Titanium oxide-based gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire features excellent welding process performance, with a soft and stable arc, low spatter, easy slag removal, attractive weld formation and high welding efficiency. The deposited metal delivers outstanding low-temperature toughness at -40℃ and excellent crack resistance.

Note On Usage:
1.Apply CO₂ gas shield, and CO₂ gas purity should be above 99.95%.
2.The CO₂ shield gas flow during welding should be controlled between 20–25 L/min.
3.The extension length of the welding wire should be controlled between 15–25 mm.
4.The preheat and interpass temperature should be 150°C ± 15°C.
