Characteristics: E71T-9C is a titania-type slag system CO₂ gas shield flux-cored welding wire, available for all-position welding with excellent process properties, stable arc, easy slag removal, and good low-temperature impact property.

Note: Voltage should be adjusted according to actual conditions; typical voltage range for 1.2–1.6 mm wire is 22–35V.
Note On Usage:
1.Apply CO₂ gas shield, and CO₂ gas purity should be above 99.98%.
2.The CO₂ shield gas flow during welding should be controlled between 18–25 L/min.
3.The extension length of the welding wire should be controlled between 15–25 mm.
