Application: It is suitable for welding structural steel with a tensile strength grade of 490 MPa. It is mostly used for all-position semi-automatic welding of carbon steel base metals (mainly thin plates and galvanized sheets), and is convenient for household operation. Common application areas include construction machinery, engineering machinery, etc.
Characteristics: Self-shielded flux-cored welding wire features a soft and stable arc, low spatter and attractive weld formation. Its outstanding characteristics include low fume emission, simple operation and excellent welding performance.

Note On Usage:
1.It is required to remove impurities such as rust, oil contaminants, water, etc. from the welding workpiece.
2.The extension length of the welding wire should be controlled between 15–25 mm.
3.The interpass temperature should be kept between 135–165°C in case of multi-pass welding.
